Day in and day out we are busy with “where to get it?” and “what to do with it?” But what is money precisely?
Money won’t bring you happiness. Yeah right! As if you would be happier without it. Who doesn’t dream of inheriting a fortune, of winning the lottery, or…of pulling off a bank robbery?
Day in and day out we are busy with “where to get it?” and “what to do with it?” But what is money precisely? Why is ten bucks worth ten bucks? And who decides what it’s worth? In CASH you travel with the actors into the world of money, from banking crises to gold reserves, from bitcoins to market forces.
Cash mixes a heist movie plot with thoughtful dialogue to shed light on Euros, banks and the market. Come along and help plan the break-in. And if it we get away with it, how much money will be enough for you?
Director Floris van Delft about CASH
“CASH doesn’t only force you to reflect on a personal level on why you give things a certain value, it also makes the link to their real worth. It is a challenge to think these things through and also an exciting rollercoaster ride that takes you three times through a loop the loop.”

“Director and playwright Floris van Delft and his colleague Wolter Muller have created an edgy and critical performance in the form of a so-called heist movie. (…) Four hyperactive actors zap hilariously back in time through their preparations for a bank robbery.”
Volkskrant (****)“Wolter Muller has written with director Floris van Delft a pumping performance about the power of money.”
Parool (****)“ (…) a thriller for adolescents, powerfully told, with ulterior motives.”
De Groene Amsterdammer“Complicated subject matter explained in an attractive manner (…) with comical facial and body expression from the actors. The spectacle during the actual robbery and question of how it all turns out add to the excitement. Nice!”
Leeuwarder Courant“With exciting music and a detailed blueprint as a set, the audience is placed directly in the atmosphere of break-in movie.”

Ontzettend leuke voorstelling waarbij we allemaal wat leren. Met special effects en hele goede acteurs! Complimenten 🙂 #Heerlen
Heel gaaf!
