Just a Touch of Feminine Energy is a movement-based workshop inspired by the expressive qualities of femininity and the influence of Ballroom Culture. Through movement, conversation, reflection, and exploration, participants are invited to connect with femininity as an energy rather than a gender.

What is FemX?

FemX is inspired by Vogue Fem, but it is not Vogue Fem. Vogue Fem is a movement form with its own history, technique, and language within Ballroom Culture. FemX draws inspiration from qualities such as confidence, fluidity, softness, sensuality, presence, and self-expression, while creating space for people to explore femininity in a way that feels authentic to them.

The Workshop

This workshop is not about mastering a ballroom category. It is about exploring your relationship with femininity through movement and discovering how this energy exists within your body.

Not everyone practices Vogue Fem. Not everyone expresses femininity in the same way. But everyone has the ability to explore it.

This is not about becoming someone else. It is about discovering and expressing a part of yourself that may already be there. No previous experience is required. Come as you are and wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Join us in embracing your body through a feminine lens and exploring how to move in a way that feels authentic, natural, and true to you.
