Mine!!
In Mine! (Van Mij!), we meet two characters who always want to have whatever the other one has. But how does that work? When they finally manage to play together, they tumble within moments into a game full of endless possibilities.
With flexibility and forgiveness, they easily resolve the conflicts they encounter - just like toddlers can. Playing together plays an important role in exploring, stretching, and defining boundaries, that’s how you learn to share. Grown-ups could still learn a thing or two from that.
Mine! is a playful, visual, and physical performance with life-sized abstract shapes full of possibilities. It is inspired by the toddler phase, when children first realise that something can be “mine,” while also discovering that the world is bigger than just the “mine” around them.
Mine! is an ode to playing together and to the boundless imagination of children.
A humorous, slightly cheeky, yet loving journey of discovery about yours and mine.
Duration: 35 minutes + 10 minutes of afterplay
